Sound Journey and Somatic Flow

Join Maddie and Drew for a honey slow flow somatic-inspired practice, with grounding touch massage techniques, accompanied by the soothing sounds of live handpan and voice, connecting body and breath.

Surrender to a fully immersive sound bath featuring crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, meditative guitar, traditional mantras, anmd original soundscapes. Bathe in the fusion of Drew's beautiful meditative melodies and rhythms, and Maddie's soft soulful tones and heartfelt lyrics.

We intend to hold a soft space that allows you space to breathe listen and feel a sense of deep relaxation.

All mats and equipment will be provided, but please bring some some warm, cosy socks and anything else you need to make you comfortable. We look forward to welcoming you there!
