Class Descriptions

Yin-Sights
Yin yoga is a deeply calming and meditative style of Yoga. In this class, we flow slowly and hold each posture for 3-5 minutes, which allows the body and mind to fully relax into the poses. We will use breathwork techniques and meditation to support this deep relaxation.
In yin yoga, we are focusing on stretching and exercising the deeper tissues of the body, such as the joints and ligaments, which is wonderful for increasing flexibility as well as strength to support these harder to reach tissues.
The practice is cooling, gentle, and wonderful for clearing the mind and alleviating stress physically mentally and emotionally.
Each session is centred around a topic of Yoga philosophy, giving intention behind each movement and space for self-enquiry throughout the class.
My goal is to create a safe, supported space for you to go deep, exploring the poses and state of mind with curiosity and patience, as well as a deeper insight into the incredible philosophy that blossomed into yoga as we know it today.

All-Levels Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a more dynamic style of yoga that emphasises flowing movement, and at the heart of this class is the practice of linking movement with breath.
We encourage awareness of the inhale and exhale, creating a moving meditation that calms the nervous system. As we steady the breath, we begin to steady the mind—bringing clarity, focus, and a deeper connection to the present moment. This mindful connection is the essence of yoga and the foundation of each class.
These classes are for any and every body—whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-standing practice. Variations are offered throughout to help you either challenge yourself or ease into a more gentle, restorative flow, depending on what your body needs that day.
This class is a perfect midweek refresher, offering time to reset and recharge. Whether you're releasing tension from a busy start to the week or simply seeking a mindful pause, this class helps you clear your mental slate and come back to centre.
The flow will leave you feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready to move through the rest of your week with renewed energy.
